The Process

1. Email, call me at (678) 707-3056 or contact me via Facebook and Instagram pages.

2. Schedule a complimentary call where we can discuss general wedding ceremony details, interested investment packages, budget, ceremony service style, theme, and unity features.

3. You (the client) will receive a thorough wedding ceremony email with a detailed quote of your wedding ceremony service investment.

4. If the proposed ceremony service investment is accepted, we will move forward with the signing of the contract.

5. The client should expect a contract email 2-3 days after accepting wedding ceremony service investment. After the contract is signed and emailed to beaubeginnings.info@gmail.com, a retainer fee $100.00 is due to secure your wedding date and time.

6. The retainer fee can be paid via PayPal or Venmo. Payment details will be included in the client’s contract email.

7. After receiving the retainer fee you will receive an on-boarding email which will include: welcome packet, first meeting information, Beau Beginnings client features.

8. Collaboration between client and wedding officiant is key to our services. It is important that the wedding ceremony reflects my client’s love story to the very last detail. Therefore, clients (wedding couple) will receive a wedding script draft for their review and editing.

9. Wedding Officiant will email a completed pdf copy of the wedding ceremony storyboard (wedding script)

10. Submit your final payment the week of your event before the wedding date.

11. Clients will attend the ceremony and be present mind, body, and soul as they create a story worth sharing and celebrating!

12. I  (Wedding Officiant) files the certificate in the appropriate probate court office.
